Occupational Therapist (OT) - San Marcos Unified School District

Location: San Marcos, CA

Schedule: Full-time, 7.5 hours/day (Monday-Friday)

Pay: $45-$60/hour (based on experience)

Start Date: January 12th

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join San Marcos Unified School District. This is a school-based position supporting students across K-8 and elementary sites. You'll be part of a collaborative and welcoming district team dedicated to helping students reach their goals.

Position Details:

Full-time, on-site role (no virtual)

7.5 hours per day, Monday-Friday

Assignment runs through the end of the school year, with possible extension

Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families

Phone interview required prior to offer

Requirements:

Active California OT license or credential

School-based experience preferred but not required

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
