Roles and Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Ensure candidate profiles/skills match the job description and organizational needs.
Source talent through job portals, references/referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate salary discussions.
Maintain a candidate pipeline for future requirements.
Assist with bulk/mass hiring through advertisements, networking, and database building.
Schedule interviews and follow up with offered candidates to ensure timely joining.
Coordinate with department heads/managers to understand staffing needs.
Conduct preliminary phone screenings and assist in assessments.
Perform basic reference checks when required.
Maintain recruitment activity reports and records.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders to achieve staffing goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Tech and Non Tech recruitment is mandatory
Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.
Good attention to detail.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Time management and ability to handle multiple requirements.
Patience and good listening skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
