Marketing Manager

We are hiring for our client – Head/VP Marketing

Location: Mangalore

Experience: 8+ years

We are supporting our client, a leading coworking and managed office brand, in identifying a senior marketing leader to drive brand strategy, oversee integrated marketing initiatives, and strengthen overall market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and own the brand and marketing strategy

• Ensure consistent communication across all channels

• Oversee digital, offline, content, PR, events, and performance marketing

• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team

• Drive data-backed decision making and manage marketing budgets

• Strengthen community engagement and key partnership

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles

• Strong expertise in brand building and digital marketing

• Proven track record of leading teams and executing impactful campaigns

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• Experience in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is preferred
