Primary Purpose
The Commercial Sourcing Associate / Sr. Associate will be responsible for acquiring direct clients and expanding the broker/channel partner network to drive sales across luxury residential, retail, and commercial projects in the MMR region. This role demands strong local market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a go-getter mindset to generate and nurture a steady pipeline of both clients and channel partners.
Key Activities
Client Acquisition (Direct Buyers & Investors)
• Source potential homebuyers and investors for mandate projects across Thane and Mumbai.
• Build strong referral networks and partnerships with HNI wealth managers, corporates, and local influencers.
• Generate leads and ensure qualified walk-ins and site visits for the on-site sales team.
Channel Partner & Broker Onboarding
• Identify, approach, and onboard new channel partners, CP firms, and independent brokers across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai.
• Conduct CP onboarding sessions, sharing project briefings, commercials, and marketing collaterals.
• Strengthen relationships with IPCs and local brokers to ensure repeat site footfall and closures.
Channel Activation & Engagement
• Engage regularly with the CP network through broker meets, events, site visits, and incentive programs.
• Ensure partners are well-informed on inventory, pricing, promotions, and project updates.
• Track CP performance, resolve partner queries, and drive active engagement.
Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain trackers of sourced clients and channel partners onboarded, along with conversion ratios.
• Share daily/weekly updates with the team on sourcing pipeline, activity status, and closures.
• Coordinate closely with on-site Sales and Marketing teams for lead follow-ups and campaign inputs.
Experience: 3–8 years in real estate sales, channel management, or client acquisition
Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate (preferred)
Expected Competencies / Personality Attributes
• Strong broker and channel partner network across MMR (especially Thane)
• Experience in client sourcing and broker engagement within real estate
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with a field-sales approach and high drive to achieve targets
• Local market knowledge of commercial, retail & residential real estate
