REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.

Open to Fresh Graduates and undergraduates

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Can drive 4-wheel vehicles (with a valid driver’s license).

Willing to travel locally and internationally for work.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

Coordinate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to implement sales strategies and operational plans.

Serve as a translator and interpreter between Chinese, Tagalog, and English during meetings, communications, and documentation.

Build, manage, and maintain strong Distributor-to-Company and Company-to-Distributor relationships.

Handle Chinese-language communications, negotiations, and discussions with distributors.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data summaries using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and backend systems.

Conduct on-site training and orientation for distributor staff to ensure compliance with company standards.

Supervise and monitor distributor staff performance, providing feedback and support as needed.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Regional Sales Manager in day-to-day operations.

Ensure proper usage, care, and maintenance of the company vehicle.

Provide driving assistance for business-related activities when necessary.
