Position: Finance Intern
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Superior is looking for highly motivated and energetic students to participate in our internship program during the Summer 2026 term (May – August). When you join Superior, you join a national leader in electrical design and construction. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, we provide our interns with lunch-and-learns, leadership training, career prep, unique jobsite visits, and beyond.
Under the guidance of our Finance team, you'll gain exposure to project finance, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and construction lifecycles. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
Audit the set-up of new project work in the accounting system
Assist in preparing the monthly Cost Projection templates with project managers
Assist the FP&A team with the reconciliation of labor and non-labor expenses to budgets
Support the project team by assembling backup for pay applications
Assist the Project Finance and FP&A teams with various ad hoc requests

Education
Required: You must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Operations
