Job Title: Office and Administrative Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, preparing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.

Act as the primary point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.

Assist with event planning, including catering orders, setup, and teardown.

Support estimating and project management teams by responding to queries, processing invoices, and collecting safety documents.

Requirements:

3+ years of office administration experience.

University or college degree/diploma an asset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and accounting software.

Ability to learn new technology quickly.

Confidence and poise when interacting with individuals at all levels.
