Key Responsibilities

Contract Management: prepare and manage marketing agreements and related administrative documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.

Sales Support: assist the Marketing Sales team in creating client proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.

Data & Analysis: collect and analyze campaign and sales data, providing reports and insights to support performance tracking and business decisions.

Material Preparation: coordinate the creation and updating of marketing materials and visuals for marketing campaigns and case studies

CRM & Database Management: update and maintain client and campaign data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timely information.

Internal Coordination: liaise with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on processes and deadlines.

Market Research: support the team in monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.

Administrative Support: handle internal requests, filing, and other back-office tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

Profile & Competencies

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative roles (experience in B2B or service industries is an advantage).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.

Analytical Skills: ability to handle and interpret data with accuracy and attention to detail.

Organizational Skills: structured, precise, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Communication Skills: clear and effective in written and verbal communication, with good presentation abilities.

Digital Literacy: proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with CRM systems or BI tools is a plus.

Languages: fluent Italian and good English (spoken and written).

Team Spirit: collaborative and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and service orientation.
