We are looking for a Front of House Day Manager to oversee operations, coach and develop team members, and deliver excellent guest care during our breakfast and lunch hours. This role is ideal for someone seeking long-term growth and upward mobility within Chick-fil-A.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire the front of house team during morning and lunch operations (6 AM – 2 PM).
Train, coach, and hold team members accountable to Chick-fil-A standards of service and hospitality.
Manage daily labor goals and productivity.
Address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and operational excellence at all times.
Partner with the Owner/Operator and Director team on business objectives.
Create opportunities for team member development and advancement.
What We’re Looking For:
Must be 18+ and able to work 6 AM – 2 PM, including Saturdays.
At least 2 years of leadership experience (restaurant preferred).
Strong communicator who can motivate and develop others.
High energy, problem solver, moves with urgency.
Confident and resourceful, with excellent organizational skills.
Enthusiasm for hospitality and building a winning team culture.
