Maintenance Manager
Allied Resources is seeking the expertise of a Maintenance Manager to join our team! In this role you’ll be responsible for providing direction and oversight to maintenance and grounds teams to ensure quality workmanship, customer service, and Fair Housing compliance for all maintenance and work order requests. A day in the life:
Manage daily maintenance activities, supervise technicians and grounds crews, and ensure quality workmanship across all repair and upkeep tasks.
Direct and schedule preventive maintenance for HVAC, equipment, and building systems to ensure reliability and safety compliance.
Enforce safety standards, maintain OSHA logs, and lead training programs aligned with the company’s ZERO Harm initiatives.
The wish list:
High School Diploma or GED required.
College courses or technical school training are strongly preferred with relevant trade certifications and licenses
Minimum of three (3) years of property maintenance experience
