Responsibilities
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Quality Inspector, seconded to our Client from government sector in Doha, Qatar.
We envisage success in this role to include;
Ensuring all assigned work meets agreed KPIs/SLAs while proactively updating customers through client squads, teams, and contractors.
Understanding customer issues and processing service requests promptly, escalating workflow concerns to the Supervisor or Engineer when needed.
Conducting planned and random site inspections to verify compliance with client standards, including road facilities, grease traps, dewatering systems, and other required apparatus.
Surveying and reporting illegal or unapproved network activities, taking appropriate action within authority levels to stop misuse of ROMD assets.
Carrying out monitoring activities such as inspections, witnessing sampling, and performing random audits to ensure service quality.
Investigating repeat customer contacts, identifying root causes, and submitting detailed reports with photographs and recommended corrective actions.
Recording inspection findings in systems such as EAMS, ensuring timely and accurate updates from client teams.
Providing field-based technical support, observing contractor performance, and sharing relevant updates with the PWA Engineer.
Liaising with internal stakeholders, resolving customer needs, promoting best practices, and representing the client professionally on site.
Participating in on-call escalation rotas, adhering to Health & Safety procedures, and assisting colleagues as required by business needs.
Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 8 years of relevant experience partnered with a Minimum Diploma in Engineering or relevant and having experience of implementing and maintaining QMS to ISO 9001 standard.
Bilingual candidates with proficiency in Arabic and English will be given preference.
