Your expertise will be Supports deployment and execution of the continuous improvement process and tools (Lean Tools, DBS, Kaizen Events, Kaizen blitz, Cost Out initiatives). Design and execute all infrastructure to support industrial engineer improvements to increase productivity and efficiency. Support the CI culture through recognition programs to increase the people engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support and/or participate on Continuous Improvement Activities such as: Kaizen, Ideas Programs, cost out and/or demonstrate improvements in goals year over year in our processes or practices aligned to achieve or business goals and/objectives.

Lead 5S program to generate (5S Audit calendar, share scores by areas and follow up close action)

Maintain all plant visuals in good shape (boards, banners, charts) design and develop in house. Evaluates and assess ideas program (Kaizen blitz), by promoting the program, supporting deployment campaigns, generating information to manage the system across the site.

Use of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)

Support on Danfoss Business System initiatives.

Comply with the health and safety standards established at the site, as well as the applicable requirements of ISO-14001/45001 and the site's environmental and safety management systems.

Maintain the quality system to achieve compliance with ISO-14001 and maintain certification.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related.

Proficiency for data analysis.

Experience in Lean Tools/Continuous Improvement

Leadership abilities to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive results
