The Opportunity
This Associate Brand Manager position works out of ourColumbus, Ohlocation in the Nutrition Division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands– including Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, and Glucerna® – to help them get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest lives.
TheAssociate Brand Manager, Pediatric Nutritionposition will be responsible for the day-to-day managementand implementation of keyproduct innovation projects, consumer marketingmaterialsandmanagement of cross-functional communicationfor the Pediatric Nutritionmarketing team. This role will have the opportunity to help identify opportunities andexecutemarketingtacticstoacceleratePediatric Nutritiongrowth.
What You'll Work On
Manage innovation projects including the creation of P&L&demand templates,representingcommercial needs on project team and leading cross-functional team to execute in market.
Develop and implement key consumer-facing marketing tacticsincluding new product launch plans to executeacross the Pediatric portfolio ofproducts.
Manage themedical, legal, and regulatoryreview process including claimsand promotional materialsmanagement,creationand formal submission and approvals.
Responsible foragency management andIntegrated Agency Teamprocessto ensure cohesive strategy across all Pediatric agencypartners.
Partner with finance&external partners to manage consumer marketing budget.
Monitoring and reporting on competitive trends and market best practices.
Opportunity to evaluate competitive products consumption trends and track Pediatric Nutrition new product launch performance
Ad hoc projects to supportConsumer marketing needs.
RequiredQualifications
BS / BA in Marketing, Finance, Communications, Management, or Project Management
2-3 years in eCommerce/digital marketing for CPG or Healthcare brands desired
Ability to effectively manage complex projects with multiple stake holders
Initiative toidentifyopportunities and develop plans to drive business performance
Strong communicationand collaboration skills
Business analytics and KPI tracking capabilities

The base pay for this position is $75,300.00– $150,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
