Manage lighting, camera angles, and video composition during recordings.

Edit podcast visuals for YouTube and social media (cutdowns, highlights, reels, etc.). Ensure all podcast video content aligns with brand and quality standards.

Music Videos & Creative Productions: Conceptualize, film, and edit music videos for artists and company projects.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual narratives and shooting concepts.

Manage all stages of production—from pre-production planning to final edits.

Corporate & Marketing Content: Produce visual content for corporate clients, including brand stories, product features, and promotional videos.

Support marketing campaigns with high-quality, on-brand visual assets.

Capture behind-the-scenes and event footage for company use.

Photography: Capture high-quality photos for clients, behind-the-scenes content, and marketing materials.

Edit and retouch images for use across digital and print platforms.

Graphic Design & Visual Branding: Design podcast thumbnails, music video cover art, banners, and social media graphics.

Create visually consistent materials for marketing and digital campaigns.

Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all media platforms.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Certificate or Diploma in Film Production, Digital Media, or Multimedia Design Proven experience in videography, Podcast, photography, and graphic design Strong portfolio showcasing video, photo, and design work Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.).
