Navigator Team Lead

The Navigator Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of Navigators and managing the administrative functions of the program. This role ensures quality assurance and compliance with program goals, agency procedures, and funding requirements. Key responsibilities include supervising staff to achieve service objectives, reviewing client records for accuracy, managing program budgets, and maintaining adherence to grant and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coach Navigator team members.

Manage program budgets and administrative functions.

Review client records for accuracy and compliance.

Ensure adherence to grant and agency requirements.

Implement quality assurance measures and prepare reports.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in social work, Human Services, Public Administration, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years in program management, case management, or related human services role; supervisory experience required

Fluent in written and oral English and Spanish.

Work Environment

Typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues.

In community as needed for essential responsibilities, including extended evening hours and occasional weekend events.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Hourly Rate: $52,000 - $58,000 annually, depending on qualifications

Work week: 37.5 hours
