About the Opportunity

Brantford Christian School is looking for a Principal who is an inspiring spiritual leader with a passion and commitment to quality Christian education, and who will cultivate the mission and vision of BCS. A principal at BCS will be called on to:

Demonstrate a strong relationship with Christ and be an active member of a Bible-believing church

Provide spiritual leadership for staff, students, and the community

Engage in transparent, ethical, and responsible leadership

Lead staff members in defining, developing, and delivering learning for all students

Provide leadership and insight for growth

Qualifications

Christian School Teacher’s Certificate and/or Christian School Principal’s Certificate are an asset

Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) qualifications

Successful completion of the Principal’s Qualification Program, along with previous administrative leadership experience

Master’s degree in education is considered an asset, or working towards obtaining a Master's degree

Prior teaching experience in and an understanding of the meaning and value of Christian-based pedagogies and methodologies
