Be an integral part of a feature development team, including business analysts, developers and testers with a focus on developing and maintaining key processes related to our CRM solution
Our CRM processes are built around a Salesforce Sales Cloud based CRM system interfacing to many neighboring systems (partly legacy) with Informatica ETL.
Deeply diving into a complex Informatica ETL ecosystem and multiple cloud integration platforms to design and optimize data pipelines
Play a key role in preparing, transforming, and loading data to support the launch of new product environments and driving business success
Take ownership of designing and managing data synchronization processes between diverse systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy

What should you bring along
University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
At least 3 years of experience with data integration platforms, ETL tools and operations
Hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, including development, administration, job scheduling, and troubleshooting
Proficiency in working with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL and Oracle DB, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning
Experience with deployment and versioning processes, ideally within IDEM or similar environments (e.g., CI/CD tools, repository management, automated deployment pipelines)
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM data model, objects, interfaces, and integration patterns is a plus
Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage the rollout of complex systems from data perspective
Proficiency in designing, developing, and managing data integration workflows using ETL tools
Hands-on ownership of daily operational activities, including monitoring, scheduling, and troubleshooting ETL jobs and data pipelines
Ability to document data integration processes and provide training or support
Familiarity with cloud-based databases and services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Willingness to deeply understand of landscape of interfaces, data structures and flow of data to assess business impact
Takes full responsibility for decisions, actions, and outcomes within their area of expertise, ensuring a high level of performance, quality, data accuracy, consistency, and security across integrated systems
Understanding of compliance requirements and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
Familiarity with data governance practices and tools for monitoring and auditing integrations
Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and product owners
Flexibility to adapt to new tools, technologies, and evolving business requirements
Excellent English verbal and written skills
