Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish & English

This full-time role is pivotal for the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with both retail and wholesale customers to assess their needs, answer their inquiries about our Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. You will play a key role in resolving customer concerns promptly, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Staying informed about product features and maintaining our store's quality and visual standards are also critical components of this position. You will work towards delivering outstanding customer service while consistently achieving the store's sales targets.

Location: You will be expected to work at Store #701050, located at: 3773 South Hamilton Rd., Groveport, OH 43125.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.

Assist customers both in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting suitable products and services.

Build strong, trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers.

Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with policies and procedures.

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.

Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas.

Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.

Tint and mix products to customer specifications.

Restock shelves and arrange displays for optimal presentation.

Clean and maintain store equipment.

Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.

Help with deliveries when required.

Keep designated areas in-stock and presentable.

Stay knowledgeable about products offered and communicate available options effectively.

Adhere to inventory control procedures.

Propose ideas to enhance sales.

Minimum Requirements:

18 years of age or older.

Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship now or in the future.

Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.

Ability to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED.

At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.

Prior experience selling paint and related products.

Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.

Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages.

Proficiency in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in Spanish.
