The Role

We’re currently looking for dedicated Production Operatives to join our team and support the efficient production of high-quality food products. From handling ingredients to maintaining a clean working environment, your contribution will help us deliver excellence every step of the way.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and supportive workplace where your efforts truly make a difference.

This is a full time permanent opportunity with overtime available. Hours of work will be Thursday - Saturday 06:30 -18:30.

Summary

Play a Key Role in Our Production Team at Sofina Foods

Your Key Responsibilities

Verify product specifications (size, weight, colour).

Adjust machine settings for different products.

Report faults in products / machinery to team leader.

Processing meat products.

Pack and label goods.

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness procedures.

Adhere to Health & Safety rules.
