Description
Together & Company is seeking a Facilities Attendant to join our Operations team. This key team member ensures our venues are clean, safe, well-maintained, and perfectly prepared for every event we host.
The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining beautiful, functional spaces blending hands-on maintenance skills with exceptional attention to detail in cleaning and event setup. From repairing a light fixture to setting the perfect event layout, this person’s work directly impacts the quality of every guest’s experience.

Qualifications
Responsibilities
The Primary job of the Facilities Maintenance Attendant includes but is not limited to:
Perform daily and detailed cleaning of event spaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
Conduct basic facility maintenance and repair tasks, including:
Replacing bulbs, outlets, and switches
Repairing fixtures, door hardware, and small furniture pieces
Fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and other minor plumbing work
Performing light carpentry, patching walls, and touch-up painting
Inspect facilities daily and report or address maintenance concerns promptly, communicate progress, needs, and issues clearly with management
Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies, restocking as needed
Follow safety and sanitation protocols in all work areas
Set and prepare event spaces according to floor plans, client specifications, and company standards
Arrange and move furniture, tables, chairs, and décor elements safely and efficiently
Complete daily checklists to ensure all spaces are guest-ready, functional, and visually polished before every client tour or event.
Assist with event resets and turnovers between functions to maintain operational flow
Support event staff as needed with light logistics and venue readiness.
Work closely with Event Managers, Event Staff, and Operations Teams to coordinate facility readiness.
Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment aligned with Together & Company’s core values
Current driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, custodial, or event operations role
Experience using hand tools and light power tools safely and effectively
Strong time management and organizational skills
Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform bending, kneeling, and reaching tasks
Reliable, self-directed, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Must pass a background check
Preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience in the hospitality industry
Stable Work History
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
Strong written and verbal communication
