have an immediate opening for experienced Nanny (NOC Code: 44100) at our location in Whitby, ON.

As a Nanny (NOC Code: 44100), you will perform some or all of the following duties: Provide close monitoring and care for children in the employer's or own house, guaranteeing their comfort and safety at all times.

Provide for newborns' needs by preparing bottles, feeding, washing, clothing, and changing diapers.

Plan and cook nutritious meals for your children, and help with light housekeeping or household organization as needed.

Monitor and guide children during daily routines such as meals, playing, study, and rest, adhering to parental or guardian directions.

Create and maintain a safe, clean, and healthy living space.

Teach and promote good personal hygiene and healthy behaviors in youngsters.

Encourage children's emotional well-being and help them gain confidence and social skills.

Apply appropriate discipline methods in accordance with parental guidelines.

Organize and conduct age-appropriate educational and recreational activities, such as arts & crafts, reading sessions, games, and outdoor adventures.

Accompany or drive children to and from school, recreational activities, and medical or other appointments.

Keep daily notes of the children's routines, progress, and any health or behavioral observations as needed.

Provide temporary or emergency foster care under the supervision of a foster care agency, serving as a responsible and supportive guardian.

Regularly communicate with agency supervisors and social workers about the foster children's needs, progress, and obstacles.

Implement and adhere to foster care plans as directed by the agency's social work team to ensure the children's safety and adjustment.

Qualifications: Completion of secondary school is required.

Experience in relevant field is an asset.

Completion of a training program in care of the Home child care providers, parent helpers, and foster parents.

Childcare or household management experience may be required.

First aid certification may be required.
