Your responsibilities will include:

Management of aeronautical products and spares in support of UH-60M Black Hawk, using Commonwealth logistics information systems. Working within a multi-discipline logistics environment to provide Inventory Management support to the Commonwealth within a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.

About you:

Under general guidance, the Spares Inventory Manager will:

Contribute to the management of the UH-60M Black Hawk inventory IAW the requirements of the Electronic Supply Chain Manual, DEFLOGMAN and FMS policies

Undertake forecasting activities for spares, hazardous substances and consumables

Contribute to Managing discrepancies of received product

Contribute to Managing logistics data within relevant Commonwealth systems.

Comply with all Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines

Comply with DASA regulations for management for Aeronautical product

Perform other duties as directed by the Commonwealth RepresentativePrerequisites

Essential

Exposure to, or experience in, a Defence SPO logistics environment

Demonstrated experience utilising logistics management systems

Commonwealth Purchasing/Materiel management experience.

Desirable

Experience working in an Integrated Project Team

Experience in a Foreign Military Sales program

Special Requirements:

Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
