Sales Capability Manager - FMCG

Job Purpose:

Seeking a Sales Capability Manager to lead on-ground capability building for field sales force. This role will be responsible for training, coaching, and uplifting performance across sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handhold and coach field sales teams through structured on-the-ground training

Drive capability enhancement aligned to business goals and market realities

Lead junior trainers and ensure consistent delivery across regions

Collaborate with sales leadership to identify gaps and design interventions

Candidate Profile:

10+ years of strong field sales + training experience

Preferably from FMCG or Telecom sectors
