About the Role

We are seeking experienced Andrologists to join leading fertility centers across multiple locations throughout the United States. Positions are available on a full-time, part-time, and per-diem/locum basis, with opportunities to work in modern laboratories performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures that support male reproductive health and IVF programs.

Responsibilities

Perform semen analysis, sperm preparation, cryopreservation, and thawing.

Assist with ICSI preparation and donor sample processing.

Maintain precise lab records and quality control in compliance with CAP/CLIA standards.

Collaborate with embryologists and physicians to support clinical outcomes.

Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory protocols.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Biological Sciences, Reproductive Science, or related field.

2+ years of andrology or IVF lab experience preferred.

Strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
