About the Role
We are seeking experienced Fertility Nurses to explore opportunities with premier fertility and reproductive medicine programs across the United States. Positions may be full-time, part-time, or per-diem/locum, offering the chance to provide patient-centered care in state-of-the-art clinics, support advanced fertility treatments, and collaborate closely with reproductive endocrinologists, embryologists, and other clinical staff.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments, including IVF, IUI, and other assisted reproductive procedures.
Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans, medications, and pre-/post-procedure care.
Monitor patient progress, administer injections, and assist with cycle monitoring and lab procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and experience.
Qualifications
Current RN license in the U.S. or eligibility for licensure.
2+ years of experience in fertility, OB/GYN, or women’s health preferred.
Strong communication, patient education, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment.
A candidate must already be authorized to work in the United States.
