About the Role

We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants to join leading fertility and reproductive medicine centers across multiple U.S. locations. Positions are available on a full-time, part-time, and per-diem/locum basis, with opportunities to work alongside reproductive endocrinologists, nurses, and embryologists in state-of-the-art clinical environments focused on patient-centered fertility care and advanced treatment protocols.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient consultations, exams, and follow-up visits under physician supervision.

Assist with fertility evaluations, cycle monitoring, and treatment coordination.

Perform procedures such as ultrasounds, blood draws, and minor in-office interventions.

Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and pre-/post-procedure care.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and experience.

Qualifications

Masters degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Current PA license in the U.S. or eligibility for licensure.

2+ years of experience in fertility, OB/GYN, or womens health preferred.

Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment.
