We are looking for Talent Acquisition Assistant/Coordinator to join our EAME team and support a large-scale hiring project in Finland during the first half of 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations and HR processes while working in a dynamic, international environment supporting a project that truly makes an impact!

Key Responsibilities

Assist local Talent Acquisition Associate in coordinating and executing administrative tasks for a mass recruitment project

Serve as a point of contact between Talent Acquisition and hiring managers for process-related queries

Manage candidate data and ensure accuracy in Workday, and monitor candidate progress through each stage of the recruitment process to maintain compliance and data integrity

Validate that hiring workflows follow company policies and global TA processes

Prepare and update recruitment-related documentation and reports

What We’re Looking For

Ongoing studies or a degree in Business, HR, or Humanities

Strong communication skills in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment and to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Prior experience in recruitment or general HR as well as familiarity with Workday is considered as a significant advantage.
