Responsibilities 業務内容:

•物理的な不良/欠陥解析およびインラインデータの統計的分析に基づき プロセス上の課題の原因を特定

•各プロセス要素技術と連携し 改善計画の立案 検証 対策の導入を主導

•検査工程の見直しなどを行い プロセス検出能力の向上

•新製品 新技術における課題を抽出し 開発チームと連携して改善を推進

Essential Requirements 必須:

•半導体または電子デバイス業界における歩留改善 インテグレーション技術 プロセス技術又は検査技術の経験 3年以上

•チャレンジを恐れず 主体的かつ前向きに業務に取り組める方

•論理的思考による問題解決プロセスに取り組む能力

•組織全体の最適化を意識し 自ら考え行動できる能力

Desired Requirements 歓迎:

•半導体プロセスインテグレーションの専門的な経験

•プロジェクトマネジメントの経験

•日常会話レベルの英語力
