Starting with the role:

We are looking for a Tenders Associate (Fixed Term) to join our Team.

During your day you will:

Monitor the respective tendering system (ESIDIS, CosmoOne, etc) to identify and propose new tender opportunities to the Head of Tenders Section, as well as to track updates on ongoing tenders.

Collaborate with relevant departments and external stakeholders to gather and prepare required documentation, including certificates, declarations and participation documents.

Maintain and update tender related databases and files ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Assist the Head of Tenders Section in the preparation of the technical and financial tendering documentation through collaboration with the respective departments.

What you need to stand out:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or related field

1-3 years of professional experience years of experience in a similar role or in administrative support

Fluency in English (verbal and written proficiency)

Basic Knowledge of Biddings Platforms (ΕΣΗΔΗΣ, eProcurement-Cyprus (ePPS), Cosmo-One)

Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite

Skills / Competences:

Organizational and time management skills

Advanced verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail

Interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines
