Qualifications: Must be a graduate of BS-Civil Engineering, not necessarily licensed Proficient in computer MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficient in Project Management Software (MS Project, Primavera) Knowledgeable in Estimate Software (Planswift) Familiar with Rebar Works, Formworks, Concreting Works Familiar with Electrical Works, Plumbing Works, Mechanical Works and Fire Protection With at least 2 years’ experience in making estimates and bar charts for Building Construction Efficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up Can handle and monitor Subcontractors’ scopes and billings
