Location: Springfield, IL 62769 (Central Illinois healthcare jobs)

Setting: Cath Lab – Electrophysiology (EP Lab)

Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse Contract

Start Date: November 24, 2025

End Date: February 24, 2026

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 10-hour day shifts (AM), with one late night per week (up to 8pm if needed)

Hours per Week: 40

Call: Weekend call on Electrophysiology side (Saturday and Sunday, 8am-4:30pm); no overnight call

Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2910 - $3120

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Illinois RN license (required at time of submission)

Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab Electrophysiology nursing experience

BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

EP Lab experience required

Must not reside within a 50-mile radius of Springfield, IL (travel nursing requirement)

Ability to provide requested time off (RTO) at time of submission

Cath Lab RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care to individuals undergoing electrophysiology procedures in the Cath Lab

Assist physicians and clinical teams during diagnostic and interventional EP procedures

Monitor patient status, respond to emergencies, and ensure patient safety

Participate in weekend call rotation and occasional late shifts as scheduled

Maintain accurate nursing documentation and comply with hospital policies and protocols

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
