About the role

You will lead the approved Kindy program. You will be instrumental in design and deliver play-based programs that sparks curiosity, and prepare children for school transition.

You will collaborate with your team, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

What you bring

A completed Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

Ideally, 12+ months of experience as an ECT in Australia, especially in the 3-5 year old age group

Confidence in leading educational programs, engaging families, mentoring colleagues, and navigating tricky conversations

Availability for full-time or part-time hours
