The Facility
Two facilities - The main campus is a principal tertiary hospital within the region and provides a broad range of referral services in all specialty areas. It is the largest teaching hospital in the NT and is also recognised as Australia's National Critical Care and Trauma Response Centre (NCCTRC). The second facility is a satellite campus providing lower acuity elective surgical services. The provision of anaesthetic services covers both facilities and outreach services.
The Requirements
Hold the FANZCA or postgraduate qualifications
Experience in anaesthetics which meet ANZCA requirements for practising in this position.
For overseas applicants as a minimum you should have already had your training assessed by ANZCA and been found to be substantially comparable.
