Job Description
Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment and facility systems
Work with voltages up to 480V, including three-phase power, motors, panels, and control circuits
Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical components such as motors, VFDs, relays, sensors, and lighting systems
Diagnose and repair issues with conveyors, production machinery, and automated equipment
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
Assist with electrical projects, equipment installations, line changes, and facility upgrades
Troubleshoot PLC-related issues (I/O, sensors, communication faults) and partner with automation teams when needed
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including LOTO, arc flash, and facility procedures
Fabricate and run conduit, pull wire, and complete panel building as required
Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to support smooth operations
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, parts used, and system changes
Experience required: Either a state electrical license or several years of hands-on industrial electrical experience in manufacturing
