Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding service and support through inbound and outbound calls and emails
Listen actively and respond empathetically to customer needs, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
Identify sales opportunities and confidently upsell or cross-sell products and services that meet customer needs
Process orders accurately and timely
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus)
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with care and accuracy, ensuring timely delivery
Adapt to evolving processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience in customer service or call center roles, ideally with a sales component
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for active listening and clear articulation
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
A calm, solution-focused mindset—even when working under pressure
A natural ability to identify and act on sales opportunities
Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and the Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive, adaptable approach with a desire to grow and contribute in a fast-paced environment
