We are seeking a board certified behavior analyst with experience working with children and/or young adults with Autism.
Immediate openings are available in our Dublin and Columbus, Ohio clinic locations.
Opportunities are available to act as a Clinical Supervisor, overseeing programs within our clinical practice.
Required Education, Certification, and Experience:
Masters Degree
BCBA Certification
Current COBA (Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst)
Position Qualifications:
Must have thorough knowledge of and experience working with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Strong assessment and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively while also working independently
Desire to collaborate with team members
Solid communication skills
Solid technology skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to pass state and federal background check
Position Duties:
Submit required documentation for prior authorizations
Conduct client assessments such as VBMAPP, Vineland, Essentials for Living, etc.
Design and implement treatment plans
Monitor treatment progress
Assist with team member training, mentoring, and supervision of BCBA’s, BCaBA’s, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's)
Collaborate and communicate with client’s family, caregivers, and other service providers as appropriate
Provide direct services to clients and their families
Meet with clinical staff regularly to review progress
Document progress notes, reports, and other updates on a routine basis.
Attend regularly scheduled clinical meetings.
Adhere to ethical standards in HIPAA and BCBA code of ethics.
