Brief Unit Description: New 24-bed private room inpatient medical telemetry unit. 3. Years of Experience Required: 3 years. 4. Skill Sets Required: Ability to read Cardiac Telemetry strips. 5. Clinician to Patient Ratio: 4 to 5 Patients: 1 RN. 6. Patient Population: Adult medical patients. 7. Bed Count: 24. 8. Census: 24. 9. EMR (Charting System): EPIC. 10. Floating Required: Yes. 11. Rotating Shifts Required: Yes, rotation required as needed to cover open night shifts. Day Rotate positions rotate a couple of shifts per month. 12. Certifications Required: Active Massachusetts RN License. BLS.
