Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that drive awareness, market share, and business growth.
Conduct market research to uncover consumer insights, identify trends, analyze competitor activity, and spot opportunities for brand expansion.
Define, maintain, and strengthen brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Oversee brand identity management and ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines.
Plan, execute, and monitor ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Enhance brand visibility through strategic campaigns and initiatives.
Lead the development and launch of new products, ensuring successful market introduction.
Plan and evaluate consumer promotions to increase engagement and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales and trade plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and proactively respond to market changes.
Manage brand budgets, optimizing resources across marketing programs and channel development initiatives.
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution.
2-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles.
Proven success in planning and executing marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing, market research, and data-driven strategy development.
