About the Role

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for Norwegian-speaking users needing technical support. You will handle incoming requests, diagnose issues, and ensure that users receive fast and effective solutions. This role provides hands-on experience with a wide range of tools, systems, and technologies, making it an excellent path for those looking to build or advance a career in IT.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support to Norwegian-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.

Troubleshoot technical problems related to software, hardware, networks, and access permissions.

Log incidents and service requests, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.

Escalate complex cases to higher-level support teams when required.

Assist with onboarding new users by setting up accounts and configuring workstations.

Contribute to the knowledge base by identifying recurring issues and proposing improvements.

Requirements

Native-level or fluent Norwegian, with solid communication skills in English.

Previous experience in IT support or customer-facing technical roles is an advantage, but motivated fast-learners will also be considered.

Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to guide users through solutions in a clear and calm manner.

Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
