POSITION - CIVIL ENGINEER PE or EIT - LAND/SITE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS LOCATION - COLUMBUS, OH AREA Arcadis is seeking a Project Civil Engineer to join our Design & Engineering team within the North America Places group.

This is a key location-based position.

Due to an exciting surge in projects, we're opening the door for a talented Civil Engineer to join our Land/Site Development Team in Columbus, Ohio.

Whether you're a licensed PE or an EIT ready to take the next step, this is your chance to make an impact on projects that shape communities.

In this hybrid role, you'll work on some of the most dynamic and complex civil development projects-think hospitals, airports, residential neighborhoods, shopping centers, and educational campuses.

Role accountabilities: * Prepare site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software * Design grading, drainage, stormwater systems, and utility layouts * Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies * Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations * Coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies * Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and project documentation Qualifications & Experience: * 3 or more years working in land development or site civil projects * Detailed knowledge of relevant national/state standards and codes of practice * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required) - EIT or PE certification preferred * Proficiency in Civil 3D, stormwater modeling, and related tools * Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes * Excellent communication and project management skills * Commitment to health and safety Why Arcadis?

The salary range for this position is $68,187 to $112,000.

Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
