Commercial Loan Officer

Seeking a Commercial Loan Officer

Must have:

-Existing commercial loan portfolio.

-Strong background & knowledge of commercial products & services as well as applicable regulations & requirements.

-3-5 yrs of exp. in commercial or business lending & servicing within a progressive & driven financial services company.

-Proven success in a sales & production position within the financial services industry.

Duration: Fulltime position

Work location: Fort Collins (hybrid)

Salary range: $85,000.00 to $106,000.00

Job duties:

-Develop strong partnerships & serve as a trusted advisor to all members.

-Responsible for soliciting, developing & servicing a wide range of commercial loans & products.

-Build relationships with members, prospective members & referral sources to meet production & growth goals.

-Act as the primary contact for members and the community, ensuring they receive excellent service throughout the entire loan process.

Job responsibilities:

-Develop and implement business development strategies to meet goals & objectives.

-Represent the organization in the business community to establish the company as a preferred commercial lender.

-Actively work to ensure the organization offers compelling and competitive products & services with outstanding delivery.

-Solicit and process loan applications, ensuring all data from business owners is complete and accurate.

-Serve as the central point of contact for members during the application process, providing timely and effective communication.

-Stay informed on current trends and market factors related to commercial products and services.

-Cross-sell other company products and services.

-Adhere to all applicable policies and regulations.

-Effectively manage the commercial loan portfolio.

Skills, education & experience required:

-Strong knowledge of commercial products, services, and applicable regulations.

-3-5yrs of exp. in commercial or business lending & servicing within a progressive financial services company.

-Proven success in a sales & production role within the financial services industry.

-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent exp.
