SALES SPECIALIST

Do you dream of an exciting Sales role where your work will have a real impact on people’s futures?

EF Language Abroad is looking for a strategical, entrepreneurial, and sales driven Sales Specialist taking the program to the next level!

You will play a vital role in promoting and selling our language courses abroad. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your primary objective will be to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. The Sales Specialist in São Paulo is the main responsible for selling our programs and for connecting with our customers through the phone, face to face, online and via social media (this is not cold calling).

Your main responsibilities are:

Sales & Execution

Achieve your individual sales target through consultations, calls, and relationship-building.

Manage daily pipelines, set clear priorities, and ensure accountability.

Develop and execute short- and long-term commercial strategies for regional growth.

Maintain a “hands-on” mindset on sales.

Local Marketing & Business Development

Design and execute business development and local marketing initiatives (school visits, fairs, partnerships, community events).

Represent EF at educational institutions and local networks to strengthen brand awareness.

Identify collaboration opportunities with schools and universities to generate leads.

Stay alert to market trends and competitors to anticipate opportunities.

Operations & Customer Experience

Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the Monterrey office, ensuring a productive, welcoming, and high-performing work environment.

Guarantee a high-quality customer experience from first contact to departure.

Oversee CRM and customer retention efforts.

Manage feedback, problem-solving, and coordination with global EF teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in an international, fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Strong skills in lead conversion, consultation-based selling, and regional marketing.

Fluency in Spanish and English.

Deep knowledge of the São Paulo market; existing school or university network is a plus.

Success in this role is defined by reaching each weekly and monthly sales target and other predefined KPIs related to calls, visits of potential customers to our offices, effective online meetings and more.
