HR Management Support Specialist- 25-02908
Location: Columbus, OH (1400 City View Drive Columbus OH). Duration: 3 months, with possibility of extension. Job ID: 5218.
Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr. This range is provided by Datasoft Technologies, Inc. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
Support the recruiting and onboarding team and perform admin duties related to onboarding coordination.
Assist HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist with hiring and onboarding activities: opening job postings, job requisition management, screening applications, scheduling interviews with Workforce Management (WFM), reserving HR conference rooms, ensuring Hiring Manager is in the office and available on the Associate's first day, taking new hire badge photos, and collecting/tracking signed HR forms (e.g., Associate Handbook, Relationship Disclosure, Social Media acknowledgment).
Monitor Associate referrals and submit PSRs.
Provide occurrence reporting support for HR Business Partners.
Oversee and facilitate offboarding of Associates and External workforce to ensure completion of all processes in compliance with HR Management procedures and security requirements.
Collect, validate, and track required documentation for all new hires and consultants; ensure proper filing in the Associates' electronic personnel file for locations including Hilliard, Woodcliff Lake, and Salt Lake City.
Perform Initial Data Entry (IDE) for new Associates into SAP, process I-9s, and submit Payroll Status Requests (PSRs) timely and in accordance with HR procedures.
Maintain understanding of internal system workflows (e.g., SharePoint, B2B, PRIMA, Active Directory) and keep onboarding/offboarding policies updated in collaboration with HR Leadership.
Procure equipment and system access for new Associates and External personnel and ensure delivery by the first day of employment.
Prepare exit paperwork, conduct exit interviews, and coordinate related communications and distributions per HR procedures.
Act as main point of contact for high-volume restructures/reorganizations and support onboarding communications and program tasks.
Support Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist with onboarding email communications and program tasks.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years' experience as HR generalist.
2+ years of recruiting experience required.
