Position Summary: Join our team as a Customer Service Retail Associate, where your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will utilize your consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide effective solutions. As a knowledgeable member of our store, you will engage with customers in various aspects, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in providing outstanding customer service, addressing individual customer needs with care.
Take and process complex customer orders and provide accurate pricing information.
Prepare goods for shipping, including packaging, weighing, and labeling.
Operate and maintain printing and shipping equipment efficiently.
Ensure the retail store is clean, organized, and safe for all customers.
Assist in training new team members in store functions.
Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service.
Complete financial transactions accurately using a Point of Sale terminal.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
6+ months of related experience in customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 55 pounds, and perform tasks requiring bending and twisting.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
