Position Summary

This role is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. You will participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within an Agile framework, contributing to development, estimation, planning, and design sessions. Your expertise will guide architectural design and roadmap planning for multi-channel experiences, ensuring we enhance performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Participate actively in all SDLC phases, including Agile methodologies.

Act as a technical expert within a team, guiding junior engineers.

Contribute to architecture, systems design, and project plans for multi-channel experiences.

Drive continuous improvement in performance, scalability, and usability of our platforms.

Assist in developing a technology roadmap that aligns with global business strategies.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a software engineer in a collaborative team environment.

At least 1 year of experience mentoring junior engineers.

Proficient in developing mobile solutions on specific operating systems, with 3+ years of experience.

Skilled in Objective-C and Swift programming languages.

Dedicated to delivering high-quality products on schedule, including supporting CI/CD processes.

Hands-on experience in building prototypes and troubleshooting production issues.

A comprehensive understanding of the software lifecycle and providing support across the organization.

Experience managing business expectations, scope, and providing tech recommendations.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external audiences.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Other Requirements

Experience supporting a product with over 1 million Monthly Active Users is highly desired.
