Full-Time Position: Cosmetic Sales

Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour and up

Schedule: Day Shift 35-40 hours per week

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, polished, and computer-savvy professional to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist specializing in cosmetic sales. This full-time role requires someone with a passion for skincare and beauty, a sales-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills-both written and verbal. You will be the first point of contact for clients, serving as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador.

In this role, you'll educate clients on our skincare and cosmetic offerings, manage client interactions from check-in to follow-up, and support the growth of our retail business. If you're a tech-savvy multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment-this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and manage all front desk activities, including check-in, appointment booking, and check-out

Educate clients on skincare and cosmetic products, offering tailored recommendations to support individual needs and goals

Generate retail sales through confident product knowledge, upselling techniques, and consistent follow-ups

Maintain clear, professional communication via email and phone with perfect grammar and attention to tone

Manage and update client profiles, preferences, and purchase history using CRM and POS systems

Collaborate with estheticians and skincare professionals to ensure cohesive product recommendations aligned with services provided

Monitor inventory levels, assist with restocking and merchandising displays to support a visually appealing retail area

Stay informed on the latest cosmetic and skincare trends, new product launches, and industry best practices What We're Looking For

Strong sales background-experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty retail, or wellness is preferred

Exceptional grammar and written communication skills; able to craft professional and engaging messages

High level of computer literacy-comfortable using CRM systems, POS software, email platforms, and scheduling tools

Confident, personable, and able to build lasting relationships with clients

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Previous experience in a receptionist, client-facing, or hospitality role is a plus

Passion for skincare and a desire to grow in the beauty and aesthetics industry
