Description:

As a Finance Manager at CBRE, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for key financial operations, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and strategic oversight. This role is pivotal in shaping our financial strategy and driving operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance team capabilities through training, mentoring, and effective task management.

Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring thorough preparation and accuracy.

Conduct balance sheet analysis and produce standard management reports for senior leaders.

Prepare and validate monthly journal entries, ensuring compliance with financial controls.

Develop a variety of routine and ad hoc financial reports to inform planning and strategic decisions.

Coordinate the creation and implementation of accounting policies to improve efficiency.

Effectively communicate complex financial information and expectations to stakeholders.

Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting our organizational values to clients.

Contribute financial insights during client meetings to support strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.

Demonstrated experience in team development, performance management, and coaching.

Strong leadership skills to foster team effectiveness and quality outcomes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for financial analysis.

Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Intermediate math skills for complex financial calculations.
