Competition Subaru is excited to welcome a Business Development Representative to our dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound client inquiries via web leads, phone calls, and email communications.
Conduct both short-term and long-term follow-ups with clients using our customer relationship management system.
Communicate professionally with customers, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
Direct customer inquiries, questions, and concerns to the appropriate team members, including online resources.
Document all interactions and activities accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of Business Development Center (BDC) experience within a dealership is highly preferred.
Proficient in basic computer operating systems including Windows, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and others.
Exceptional customer service skills along with strong phone and email etiquette.
