What you'll be doing:
Lead Generation; Creatively self-generate leads and qualify prospects
Cold Call; Execute 60+ cold calls daily to build relationships and grow your client base
Negotiate and Market Research; Stay up to date on industry trends to provide and negotiate freight costs to customers and carriers
Account Management; Efficiently oversee freight movement, addressing problems using our proprietary TMS software
Problem Solving; Proactively communicate with high sense of urgency when resolving issues and provide updates to customers and carriers
