Responsibilities

Responsible for all day-to-day billing needs

Multi-currency billing – Including GBP, EUR, USD, NOK, SEK, DKK

Ensure clients are operating within approved credit limits and Insurable Turnover

Collaborate with Finance and Account Management to facilitate client billing

Maintain Reconciliation of client prepaid media funds

Research outstanding accounts receivable - unbilled/billed items

Answer client inquiries to maintain good billing relations between company and client

Issue invoices and distribute them electronically or via client portal

Keep accurate records of client and vendor billing

Ensure clients are billed correctly for services offered in accordance to contracted rates

Qualifications

2 years’ experience in billing or accounting

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in either Finance or Accounting

International experience. Expert in dealing with a large volume of Multi Currency transactions and FX billing

Proven experience in Billing within a media or similar industry.

Proficient in MS Excel required

Working knowledge of basic accounting principles

Skilled in prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a changing work environment

Strong written & verbal communication skills

Detail oriented, organized and ability to multi-task a must

Ability to pick up on new systems a must
